Adriana Lima is a well known Brazilian model. Lima was the Victoria’s Secret Angel from 1999 to 2018. In 2017, she became the longest running model and was named the most valuable Victoria’s Secret Angel.
Moreover, she is also known as a spokesmodel for Maybelline cosmetics and for her Kia Motors and Super Bowl commercials since 2003.
When she was 15 years old, she competed at Ford’s Supermodel of Brazil where she won. The next year, she took second place in the Ford Supermodel of the World. This was before she sang with Elite Model Management in New York City.
In 2012, Lima earned approximately 7.3 million dollars in one year after she came fourth place on the Forbes top-earning models list. Since 2014, Adriana has been the world’s second highest-paid model.
